Every Brilliant Thing Auditions
Theatre Charlotte is proud to announce auditions for Every Brilliant Thing. This one person show will be directed by Tina Kelly. Performances will be held at Theatre Charlotte, Divine Barrel, Queens University, Myers Park United Methodist Church and Atrium Health with shows running between April 22 and May 18.
Auditions will be held in person on Saturday, March 1st from 2pm to 4pm and Sunday, March 2nd from 6-8pm at Theatre Charlotte located at 501 Queens Road, Charlotte, NC 28207
We are seeking an actor of any ethnicity and gender identity over the age of 18 to bring this story to the community.

Violet Auditions
Theatre Charlotte is thrilled to announce auditions for Violet directed by Stuart Spencer, with music direction by Danielle Barnes Hayes and choreography by Sharlie Duncan. Violet will be presented from March 29 to April 13, 2025 at Theatre Charlotte.
Auditions will be held in person on Saturday, January 25th from 1pm to 4pm and Sunday, January 26th, 2025 from 6pm to 9pm at Theatre Charlotte, 501 Queens Road, Charlotte, NC 28207. Callbacks may be scheduled for Monday, January 27th at 6pm.
We are seeking performers of all body types, skin colors and gender expressions ages 12 and older.

More details about auditioning for each show will be available 2-4 weeks in advance of auditions. For musicals, generally you will be required to prepare a song and bring the sheet music to the audition and come dressed to move. For non-musicals you will most likely be asked to read scenes from the script. All roles are open and all of our cast members are volunteers. Rehearsals are usually held Sunday through Thursday evenings.
