Theatre Charlotte has started pages on both

Facebook and MySpace! 

Become a fan or a friend and check these sites regularly for upcoming events, news, video from Theatre Charlotte rehearsals, and much more! Theatre Charlotte has also joined Causes so our fans and friends on Facebook and MySpace can contribute to Theatre Charlotte with online donations and encourage others to contribute as well.

To kick off our Facebook and MySpace fundraising efforts,

we have partnered with flowerpetal.com for our new campaign

200 For $2,000 

What is 200 For $2,000?

The goal of this campaign is to:

1. Recruit 200 Facebook and MySpace members to join the Theatre Charlotte Cause by August 29^th.
2. Raise $2,000 on Facebook and MySpace to go towards the mission of Theatre Charlotte by August 29^th.  

How is flowerpetal.com helping?

Flowerpetal.com has joined in these efforts by agreeing to match any contributions given on Facebook or MySpace up to $1,000. This means that if we raise $1,000, flowerpetal.com will match that to help us hit our $2,000 goal! 

How can I help?

There are several ways that you can help us with 200 For $2,000

1. Use the links at the end of this email to view Theatre Charlotte’s Facebook and MySpace pages.
2. Click the “Join” button on our Facebook and MySpace Causes pages to join our Cause.
3. Send a message to all of your friends asking them to join as well.
4. Click the “Donate” button beside the giant thermometer on our Facebook and MySpace Causes pages to donate online. Give $10 or $500 – every donation is greatly appreciated!
5. Challenge all of your friends to match your donation and watch your donation multiply!

What do I get out of this?

As an extra incentive for our fans and friends to join us in this effort, we have set up two giveaway drawings:

Drawing #1 – for every $10 you donate to Theatre Charlotte on Facebook or MySpace, you will be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to any Theatre Charlotte performance and a beautiful bouquet of flowers courtesy of flowerpetal.com (this means that if you donate $100, you will be entered into this drawing 10 times!)

Drawing #2 – for every 2 people that you recruit to the Theatre Charlotte Cause, you will be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to any Theatre Charlotte performance (this means that if you recruit 10 people to the Cause, you will be entered into this drawing 5 times!)
